Zoe Gray
founder & creative director
Zoe’s journey began with an educational background in psychology and neuroscience, providing a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, research, and analytics. Paired with her natural creativity, this foundation led her to discover her passion for marketing—where she could combine strategic insights with innovative ideas to create impactful, human-centered campaigns. After years of working remotely in operations management and marketing roles, Zoe’s entrepreneurial spirit motivated her to build her own business. Inspired by Ipsoot Glacier, nestled between Pemberton and Whistler, Zoe’s vision is to create work that’s powerful, clean, and unforgettable—helping brands stand out with honesty and impact.
Sierra Aston
social media coordinator & operations assistant
Sierra Aston studies Marketing Management at BCIT and is passionate about using her education to help purpose-driven businesses achieve their goals. Originally from Ontario, Sierra moved to British Columbia after completing her Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies. Sierra has worked as the Executive Director of Stewardship Pemberton, where she led environmental outreach and education programs, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Pemberton Arts Council. When Sierra isn’t studying or working, she enjoys exploring the mountains with friends on skis or by foot.
Katie Gray
graphic & web designer
Katie is our lead graphic designer, with a solid background in communications and design from Emily Carr and BCIT. She’s incredibly talented at turning ideas into visual stories, whether it’s fun logos, marketing campaigns, print materials, or merch. She also lends her skills to our web projects and always brings a keen eye for detail to every project she’s part of. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her hanging out with her dog and her bestie Sammy, skiing on the mountain, or relaxing out in Antigua—her birthplace—out on the water.
Eric Li

Eric is a professional web developer with extensive experience across real estate development, e-commerce, retail management, crowdfunding, and game industries. Over the years, He has built and maintained web applications that support business growth, enhance user experience, and streamline operations. He takes pride in working hard, paying close attention to detail, and continuously improving skills to deliver high-quality results.
